If you're new to the troops, please follow the steps below to complete your paperwork
- Complete Youth Application (Please Provide Scout ID if transferring from another pack/troop)
- Complete New Scout Contact Google form
- Meet with Membership Coordinator
- Meet Scoutmaster(s)
- Meet with Treasurer
Required Enrollment forms
- Medical Forms A, B (Part C for summer camp)
- Front & Back Copy of Medical Insurance Card
- Code of Conduct Agreement
- Parental Commitment to Emergency Transport
- About My Scout Form
- If needed, permission to carry Epi-Pen/Asthma Inhaler
For Parents
- Parent Orientation Slides (About Troop 258 & 358)
- Remind - Request access from Membership coordinator
- Rallyhood (troop communication) - Membership coordinator will invite parent via email
- Attend Parent Orientation
